Gary Wilson

Chief Executive Officer

Gary Wilson has executive leadership experience in leading three top global surfacing companies, bringing 25 years of extensive knowledge to the industry. Gary’s knowledge of all phases of surfacing is unparalleled at the highest international level, resulting in his consulting for many Olympic Track and Field projects. His client relationship skills are paramount in the industry, from his personal relationships with professional athletes to elite coaches around the world. Gary earned his Master’s degree from the University of Virginia where he played football. He also played at Gardner Webb University. After his collegiate career, he finished his football career as a running back in the NFL, going on to serve there as an Executive Personnel Director.

Gary is a member of the National Football Alumni, National Football League Players Association, US Track & Field Cross Country Association, and USA Track & Field.

Mary Roberts


Mary Julia Roberts serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Pro Form Sports. As a professional who has been immersed in the industry for 27 years, Mary has an extensive record of Sr. Executive Procurement within the Federal and State Government Private Sector levels. Mary has been involved in start-ups, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions with major IT firms in North America. Mary’s greatest strength lies in guiding teams of business development, designers, and installers to provide solutions that deliver greatest business value while pushing the creative envelope for athletic surfacing.

Whether challenged to organize and lead new divisions, build new products, pilot improvement initiatives, or oversee maintenance projects, Mary has consistently delivered strong results.

Mary graduated from Florida State University and currently resides in Tallahassee, FL.

Renaldo Nehemiah

Director of Business Development

Renaldo Nehemiah is a partner and Director of Business Development for Pro Form Sports, leading and growing their Sports Performance Division by managing the careers of some of the world’s top male and female Olympic & World Champion track and field stars. He has served as an Ambassador for USA Track & Field and is a part of their Speakers Bureau. Renaldo continues to be an inspirational and motivational speaker as time permits, sharing his life experiences and faith as encouragement to audiences of all levels to reach for new athletic heights. Due to his many athletic achievements, Renaldo was named one of the Top-10 athletes in ACC history.

After obtaining his BA Degree from the University of Maryland in 1981, where he broke 13 world records in track and field, he continued his rise to athletic stardom. Renaldo is world-renowned for competing at the highest level in two sports: his remarkable performance in track and field and for playing in the NFL for the San Francisco 49ers. While playing professional football for the San Francisco 49ers, he arbitrated his way to create the “Nehemiah Rule,” which states that professional athletes in other sports can participate as amateurs in track and field.

Scott Byrd

Business Segment Manager – Colleges and Universities

Scott brings a wealth of track knowledge and experience to the industry. A native of Fayetteville, GA, he is a graduate of Jacksonville State University.

Scott’s coaching career has taken him to many venues, including Velocity Sports where he was an assistant coach for Team Velocity. In 2007, Shorter University named Scott the inaugural Director of Track & Field for the Hawks and Lady Hawk track and field programs. During his tenure at Shorter, he coached the track program into a national power and established the team as annual national championship contenders. He coached the team into winning 18 conference championships and the University’s first Individual men and women’s National Champions and the first Team National Championship in its 120-year history. For his efforts, he was named both the 2011 NAIA Indoor and Outdoor National Coach of the Year (2010, 2011, and 2012).

After 2012, Scott transitioned the Shorter Track program from NAIA to the NCAA, winning the University its first Conference Championship. In the first year of NCAA eligibility, Shorter added the University’s first Individual National Champions, finishing 5th at the 2016 Men’s National Championship. Scott was named Women’s 2015 Regional Coach of the Year along with Conference Coach of the Year. The following year, Scott was awarded 2016 Men and Women’s Regional Coach of the Year. In addition to his Coaching responsibilities, Scott served on the NCAA Track & Field Executive Committee from 2012-2016.

Paula Noor

Office Manager

Paula Noor serves as Office Manager for Pro Form Sports. She comes to us from a background with state and federal governments, private and nonprofit groups, and boards and privately-owned companies, all within diverse areas. For more than 20 years, Paula has assisted leadership teams attain their organizational goals, whether it be for Governor Jeb Bush’s executive team during his governorship, a $100+ million IT project, or a $15 billion settlement award. Paula earned her B.M. and M.M. from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL, and worked towards her M.A. completion at Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL, where she currently resides.

Steve Dudley

Director of Sales – College Athletics

Steve Dudley is an expert in Track and Field, and joins Pro Form Sports as a Director of Sales for College Athletics. A native of Hamilton, AL, Coach Dudley comes to the PFS team from Mississippi State University, where he held the Head Coach position for 8 years. Both of his degrees are from Mississippi State University – an Undergraduate in Hydrogeology and a Masters in Environmental Geology.

During his tenure with MSU, he held the distinction of being the most successful head coach in Bulldog Country program history. Coach Dudley has coached more All-Americans and NCAA Champions than any head coach, for any sport, at Mississippi State University. Dudley’s teams also had more top 10 NCAA finishes, with the best finish ever of 8th at the 2015 NCAA Track & Field Championships.

Dudley has had the privilege of coaching multiple Olympians and 2 World Championship Medalists. In all, Dudley brings 21 years of coaching experience in the collegiate area, as well as being a past collegiate student athlete for the Bulldogs of Mississippi State.

Steve’s coaching experience, combined with his geology, manufacturing, and construction background, make him the perfect fit for the Pro Form Sports Team of Experts.
